Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am.

An early check-in fee of $25 applies to arrivals before 3:00pm, and a late check-out fee of $25 applies to departures after 11:00am. Please ask us about availability.

Lobby hours

The lobby is open from 7:00am to midnight.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid a one-night charge.

Guarantee and deposit

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit is held at check-in for incidentals.

Identification

Guests must present a valid credit card and government-issued identification at check-in, matching the name on the reservation. If you are paying with a company card or someone else’s card, an authorisation must be on file before check-in.

Parking

Parking is free for guests.

Pets

We are not able to accommodate pets. Service animals are always welcome.

Smoke-free

The inn is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, on any deck or balcony, or in public areas. A cleaning fee of $300 per night is charged to your card if smoking occurs.

We have ADA-compliant rooms. Please request one at the time of booking so we can hold it for you. See our accessibility page for details.

Housekeeping

You can ask housekeeping to freshen the bathroom, empty the bins and make the bed. If you need anything else, please ask at the front desk.
